Alil (Sehl b. Muaz'ın) babasından (rivayet edildiğine göre) Rasûlul¬lah (s.a.) (şöyle) buyurmuştur:

"Her kim (öfkesinin gereğini) yerine getirmeye gücü yettiği halde öfkesini yenerse Allah, kıyamet gününde onu bütün yaratıkların huzurunda çağıracak, hatta onu cennet hurilerinden dilediğini (al¬makta) muhayyer bırakacaktır."
